In the spring of 2022, Rodion spent a month in Mariupol under shelling
Alexandria signed the midfielder Rodion Plaksu. The agreement is valid until May 31, 2026.
The previous club of the 21-year-old Crybaby was Chernomorets. The midfielder played eight matches in the UPL for the Mariners, without scoring goals. He previously played for Mariupol.
Last year, Crybaby spent almost a month in the besieged Mariupol. It was reported that at the beginning of a full-scale Russian invasion, the midfielder stopped communicating.
Since March 5, 2022, Rodion has been considered missing. Together with his sister, he spent a month in Mariupol under shelling. On March 25, they managed to leave, passing through 18 checkpoints of the occupiers.
Earlier, Alexandria signed defender Sergei Loginov and midfielder Alexander Belyaev. After the lease in Chernomorets, winger Artur Avagimyan returned to the team.
Oleksandriya will face Kryvbas on July 30 in the first round of the new UPL season.
