After being punished for a widespread confusion after a game in São Januário, the Basque managed to partially reverse the decision of the STJD, which loosened the decision by means of a suspensive effect. Despite the sporting justice having partially reversed the decision, the ban on the venue is still in force, and therefore the premiere of Ramon Diaz, next Sunday, the 24th, has the gates closed confirmed. The match will be against Athletico-PRalso for the national competition, in search of leaving the relegation zone.

Therefore, on August 6th, Cruzmaltino will be able to reopen its gates to the public, but following some restrictions. Only children up to 12 years old, women and disabled people of any age and gender will be able to access São Januário to watch the confrontation.

It is worth remembering that recently the STJD also loosened another decision of its own, in a case concerning the crowd confusion. O saints he had been punished with games 150 km away from Vila Belmiro, but he also got a suspensive effect to play at his stadium shortly afterwards.
