Ukrainian brigade of referees was assigned to the match World Cup 2023 among women’s teams.
Ekaterina Monzul will officiate the 2023 Women’s World Cup group stage match between the Netherlands And Portugal. The meeting will take place on July 23, starting at 10:30 am Kyiv time.
Monzul will be assisted by her compatriot Marina Streletskaya. Also, the referee team will be supplemented by assistant Paulina Baranowska (Poland) and Mariam Marcott (Canada).
For Katerina, the tournament will be the third in her career. Prior to that, she served the World Cup matches in 2015 and 2019. Monzul and Streletskaya also worked at the European Championships last year. Ukrainians served the final of Euro 2022.
The 2023 Women’s World Cup finals will be hosted by Australia and New Zealand. The tournament runs from July 20 to August 20.
