Belarusian was supposed to work in the amateur club Skra 1921
Ex-coach of Kyiv Dynamo Alexander Khatskevich denied information about the appointment to the Polish amateur club Skra 1921.
“What I read on the Internet about my work in the Skra 1921 club surprised me very much, to say the least. In early June, I returned to Europe and since then I have not given a single interview to either Polish or Ukrainian media or Internet resources.”
“So far, I don’t have any work, let alone a contract, in Poland,” Khatskevich emphasized.
It was reported that the former mentor of Dynamo in the Warsaw team will take the position of adviser. Khatskevich was also supposed to work as a consultant at Skra 1921.
The previous place of work of the Belarusian specialist was Karmiotissa in Cyprus. Under his leadership, Karmiotissa played only six matches.
During his coaching career, Khatskevich led Dynamo Minsk, the youth and national teams of Belarus, Vitebsk, Dynamo Kiev and Rotor. The coach worked with the capital club in 2017-2019 and won the Ukrainian Super Cup twice.
Last summer, Khatskevich was a contender for the position of head coach in Lugansk Zara and Polish Gornik Zabrze.
