Head coach Ukrainian national basketball team Vitaly Stepanovsky commented on the qualification draw EuroBasket 2025. Our team will fight with Slovenia, Israel and Portugal.
“Now there are no weak opponents, all teams have learned to play basketball. If we talk about Portugal, which is not a basketball country, this team has good performers.”

Recall, on the eve it became known that in the selection of EuroBasket-2025, the national team of Ukraine in group A will face Portugal, Israel and Slovenia. According to the regulations, the top three teams from each group will advance to the final round of the European Championship.
