Captain Dynamo spoke about the condition of the players of the Kyiv club before the first match in the European competition.

The main problem for Dynamo Kyiv during the European Cup is logistics. Sergei Sidorchuk spoke about this at a press conference before the match with Aris. According to the captain of the Kyiv club, the team’s trip to the match in Greece is about a day.

Sidorchuk also spoke about the lack of a home stadium during European competitions. According to the player, the “white-blue” is used to it.

“This is not a new situation for us. Last year we were in a similar situation. Now nothing has changed in Ukraine, the war continues. But I believe that in Bucharest, where many Ukrainians who fled the war live , we will have good support.

The main problem for us was the difficult road to Thessaloniki, which took only 23 hours. It’s difficult.

But at the same time, in Ukraine we play in empty stadiums, and playing in front of packed stands is like a new sport for us. We are trying to show our best qualities, and I hope we can do it in both matches,” Dynamo’s official website quoted Sidorchuk as saying.

Recall that the first match of the 3rd qualifying round of Dinamo and Aris Conference League will take place on Thursday, August 10, in Thessaloniki at the Kleantis Vikilidis Stadium.

Earlier, Dynamo head coach Mircea Lucescu shared his expectations for the upcoming match.
