The debut goal for the Mariners was scored by forward Iede
Chernomorets beat in his field Obolon in the match of the 3rd round Ukrainian Premier League — 2:0.
The Mariners took the lead in the 15th minute – Alexander Vasiliev played well on the rebound. In the second half, newcomer Samson Iede scored his debut goal for Chernomorets and set the final score of the meeting.
Note that in the second half the referee Dmitry Panchishin showed three red cards. In the 48th minute, Obolon defender Daniil Karas was sent off, while Chornomorets midfielder Orest Kuzyk and center back Vladimir Salyuk left for the 72nd and 79th fields.
Chernomorets got his second victory at the start of the UPL and temporarily rose to third place in the standings. Obolon is in 12th position with one point.
In the next round, on August 20, the Sailors will host Dynamo, and the Brewers will play against SC Dnepr-1.
