Coppa Italia, Cremonese-Crotone 3-1 (n.v.): Grigiorossi’s return to the 1/8 finals

Extra time was needed to allow Cremonese to clear the Crotone hurdle and qualify for the Coppa Italia. After the victory in the first half 1:1 (Tumminello’s away advantage in the 7th minute and the hosts’ draw with Athena-Gyan in half an hour), the match dragged on until extra time. In the 105th minute, the balance was broken by the outburst of Franco Vazquez, whose left foot kick into the bottom corner left Dini no chance.
