SpA on the sale of the rights to the sports results of football player Luca Pellegrini on a temporary free basis until June 30, 2025. The agreement provides for Lazio’s obligation to definitively acquire the player’s performance upon reaching certain sporting goals during the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 seasons. The agreed consideration for the final acquisition is €4 million payable over three financial years.”
