The tournament starts on June 27
Four Ukrainian tennis players got their first rivals in the main draw Wimbledon.
The first racket of the country Angelina Kalinina will start the tournament with a match against Anna Bondar from Hungary.
Marta Kostyuk will play with the British Cathy Swan, and Dayana Yastremskaya – with Romanian Ana Bogdan.
Lesya Tsurenko, who avoided the qualifiers this year, will face Britain’s Jodie Burrege.
Recall that Ukrainians Katarina Zavatskaya, Katerina Beindl and Daria Snigur could not get through the qualification for the tournament. The main part of Wimbledon starts on June 27th.
In June, Kalinina will enter the court for the first time as a seeded tennis player at the Grand Slam tournaments. Angelina will make her debut in the main draw of the grassy Slam.
Recall that yesterday Tsurenko was forced to withdraw from the WTA tournament in Eastbourne on the eve of her quarterfinal match.
