The duel of Denis will take place on the undercard of the fight between Usyk and Dubois
WBO International Lightweight Champion Denis Berinchyk (17-0, 9 KOs) finished preparing for the fight with the Swede Anthony Yigit (27-3-1, 10 KOs).
The fight will take place on August 26 in Wroclaw. Denis’ fight will take place on the undercard of Oleksandr Usyk vs Daniel Dubois.
In the last fight, Berinchyk defeated French EBU title holder Ivan Mendy in a unification bout. After this victory, Denis signed a contract with Frank Warren’s promotional company.
In addition to Berinchyk, Dmitry Mitrofanov, Yaroslav Khartsyz, Vasily Chebotar, Fedor Cherkashin, Daniel Lapin and others will enter the ring on the undercard of the Usyk-Dubois fight. Earlier Oleksandr Usyk also completed his preparatory camp.
The battle between Usyk and Dubois will take place in Wroclaw at the Tarczynski Arena. The referee in the ring will be Puerto Rican Luis Pabon. The championship fight will be shown by the MEGOGO media service.
