Siena, two former Serie C club contenders, to restart from amateurs

Tomorrow is the deadline for public notice of expressions of interest in respect of Sienna Footballorganized by the Municipality of Tuscany. According to Sienaclubfedelissimi.it, there would be three consortiums interested in restarting the club from Excellence after failing to register in Serie C and a third bankruptcy in ten years. The first is owned by Franco Fedeli, former president of the Sambenedettese between 2015 and 2020. The second is Paolo Toccafondi, whose family has ruled Prato for forty years and who has returned from the experience of commanding Livorno. Finally, Luca Anastasio, a Neapolitan entrepreneur in the maritime sector and owner of an estate in Chianti, is also interested.
