The Ukrainian played the whole time, but did not manage to mark anything
Chelsea lost on the road West Ham in the second round London derby English Premier League – 1:3.
Ukrainian midfielder Mykhailo Mudryk spent the entire second half on the field. He gave out a few branded jerks, but in general was ineffective. Missed a good chance to score after a pass from Raheem Sterling.
Hammerers quickly opened the scoring – Nayef Agerd turned into a goal a canopy from James Ward-Prause from the standard. Chelsea responded with an individual goal from Kearney Chukwuemeki. At the end of the half, the guests could take the lead, but Enzo Fernandez did not convert a penalty for the demolition of Sterling.
At the beginning of the second half, West Ham again took the lead – Michael Antonio successfully figured out the counterattack. Soon the hosts remained in the minority – defender Agerd was removed for a rough foul. But the Blues never managed to equalize. Moreover, they got the third one – Moises Caicedo knocked down Emerson, Lucas Paqueta was accurate from 11 meters.
In the 3rd round, Chelsea will host Luton on August 35, and West Ham will face Brighton the next day.
