In Russia, during one of the matches, the main foreign referee was defeated. The incident occurred during an 8 vs 8 match of the North-West League between the teams of Bazhov and Katren.
The game was officiated by African referee Maxim Zhorzha, who sent off Katren Tital Snjoyan. His brother Telman was not happy about this. He started arguing with the judge, and then attacked him with his fists. After a few blows, the hooligan walked away.
However, the referee was not offended and decided to pay. But he could not win the match, Snjoyan threw the referee to the grass and began to lose again. Only players from both teams were able to stop him.
Football league organizers said the referee was not seriously injured. As for the organizer of the trouble, now the police will deal with it. He was also suspended from the games until the end of the season, and a fine was imposed on the Bazhov team.
It will be recalled that earlier the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed an infantry company composed of Russian football fans.
