According to the ex-heavyweight, Dubois has very little chance against the Ukrainian champion
Former British heavyweight David Price shared his opinion about the chances of his compatriot Daniel Dubois in a duel with the holder of the WBO / WBA / IBF / IBO heavyweight titles Oleksandr Usyk.
“I don’t see Dubois winning, no. I think Usyk will hit him too easily. Offensive will be Dubois’ best form of defense, but I don’t think he has what it takes to hit Usyk cleanly and often.”
“Usyk will be too lively and too mobile. I think that he will often annoy Dubois and eventually stop him. It’s a huge opportunity for the guy and he’s great to be back where he was after losing to Joe Joyce, which is great for him.”
“I just think Usyk is at the next level and we don’t see anything that would indicate that he is starting to fade away – he is constantly getting better.”
“But for Dubois, this is a great opportunity, and as long as he comes out and tries his best, he can emerge victorious. Good luck to him!
