Munich to pay Maccabi Tel Aviv 5 million euros plus bonuses
Bavaria agreed on the transfer of the Israeli goalkeeper Daniel Peretz.
Munich will pay 5 million euros plus bonuses for the Maccabi Tel Aviv player. The 23-year-old goalkeeper will sign a five-year contract. Peretz will play his last match for Maccabi before heading to Germany at the end of the week for a medical and finalizing the deal.
Daniel made 45 appearances for the club in all competitions last season, conceding 32 goals. This summer, the goalkeeper of the Israeli national team has four matches for Maccabi in the qualification of the Conference League.
Recall that the long-term first number of Bayern Manuel Neuer remains out of the game at least until 2024. Bayern also sold Jan Sommer to Inter. The main goalkeeper of Munich in the autumn part of the season will be the 35-year-old Sven Ulreich.
Bayern defeated Werder Bremen in the first round of the Bundesliga (4:0). In the next match, Munich will host Augsburg on 27 August.
