“I think every club needs it. Footballers often have questions, especially right after the game. In my opinion, referees should communicate more with the players, maybe even immediately on the pitch after the game. Previously, seminars were held, judges came to see us and showed examples. Of course, if one understands why such and such a card is shown, there would be less conflict.
