According to the Daily Mail, FIFA are considering imposing a 15-year ban on Rubiales’ participation in any footballing activity. It is said to be the longest sanction period allowed in light of the events surrounding the kiss of former RFEF chief Spanish footballer Jennifer Hermoso.
Recall that FIFA, after launching a disciplinary investigation, temporarily suspended Rubiales’ football duties for 90 days.
