The leadership of the Cherkasy club denies rumors about the appointment of the head coach of the ex-mentor of Dnepr-1
The president LNZ Andrey Poltavets promptly responded to information about the allegedly upcoming appointment Alexandra Kuchera rookie club head coach UPL.
“Complete nonsense, I don’t even know where the rumors come from. 100% not true.”
“This is someone spreading rumors, who benefits from it. We don’t pay attention to this, it’s a 100% fake, ”the head of the Cherkasy club emphasized.
Previously Sport Arena reported that LNZ chooses between Kucher, Viktor Skrypnyk and Oleg Dulub.
On August 23, the Cherkasy club parted ways with Oleksandr Kovpak, under whom the club entered the Premier League for the first time in its history. The management made the decision to resign after losing to Victoria Sumy (0:1) in the fourth preliminary round of the Ukrainian Cup.
After that, LNZ appointed Yuriy Dudnik as acting head coach. Andrei Dikan became the coach’s assistant and the new goalkeeping coach.
In the first match after the dismissal of Kovpak, LNZ lost at home to Metalist 1925 (0:1). In the next round on September 3, LNZ will play with SC Dnepr-1.
