Regina’s Council of State Hearing Completed: Verdict Expected Tomorrow

In all likelihood, we’ll have to wait until tomorrow to hear the Council of State’s verdict in Regina’s case. The hearing on the appeal of the Calabrian club actually ended in these minutes, but the decision of the judges will be known only tomorrow. Amaranth is currently excluded from Serie B due to non-payment of the fee within the federal deadlines, but no later than the deadlines set by the court of Reggio di Calabria.

In fact, amaranths use the court-provided homologue and pay within the deadline (July 5 vs. 12th deadline). FIG’s response is, as always, questioning the federal deadline and the Sept. 25 hearing with an appeal against a colleague at Inps and the Revenue Agency.

A situation, Calabrian, which keeps not only Reggio fans on their toes, but also Brescia fans, who are waiting for the possible readmission of the Lombard team to Serie B. The exclusion of the Calabrians would actually open the doors of the cadetria for the Cellino club.
