FIFA wants 15-year sentence for Rubiales for forced kiss

According to the “Daily Mail”, FIFA has been exerting pressure so that Luis Rubiales, president removed from the RFEF, receives the maximum penalty from the Disciplinary Committee

According to the statement issued by the entity, Rubiales’ inappropriate attitudes “may constitute a violation of article 13 of the FIFA Disciplinary Code”, related to offensive behavior. On the legal side, the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the National Court of Spain filed a lawsuit against the retired manager, as a result of the complaint made by Miguel Galán, who heads the National Training Center for Football Coaches (Cenafe).

The Public Prosecutor’s Office will question Hermoso about his possible intentions to file a complaint against the president removed from the RFEF. It is worth noting that the player has 15 days to respond to this query and receive information about her rights as a victim of sexual assault.
