Forward moved to Azerbaijani Sabah
Kolos head coach Yaroslav Vishnyak commented on the transition of the striker Anatoly Nureyev to Azerbaijani Sabah.
“This is the situation when the club and the player normally parted ways. We shook hands and, unfortunately, stopped cooperation,” Vishniac explained.
“A person has the opportunity to play. We were sympathetic to his ability and desire to play in another championship, and he went to meet us in our questions.
“I called and thanked him for his work. Maybe someday we’ll work together again.”
Nuriev spent one season as part of Kolos. In 13 matches for the club in the Ukrainian Premier League, he scored one goal and gave one assist.
The start of the new season in the Ukrainian Premier League is scheduled for August 20. Kolos plans to hold home championship matches in Kyiv.
The day before, Sport Arena reported that Shakhtar defender Serhiy Bolbat is close to moving to Kolos.
