After resignation, Pepa sends a message to Cruzeiro: “Farewell time”

After being fired by Cruzeiro, Pepa made a publication on his social networks and sent a message to the Minas Gerais club, the players and the Cabuloso fans

One day after his resignation was made official by the cruise, pepa used his social networks to send a message, mainly, to the fans of the Minas Gerais club. However, in his publication, the coach did not dwell on any specific details about his dismissal process from Cabuloso, but took the opportunity to make special thanks.

“I close an intense and remarkable stage at Cruzeiro. As challenging as it is unforgettable. A huge, giant club, led by highly competent people, with a unique and remarkable crowd”, wrote Pepa. After a little over five months in charge of the team, the Portuguese accumulated a series of experiences in Belo Horizonte.

In addition to not having achieved the expected results, especially in the last few games, when he suffered a seven-game fast, Pepa also had some friction with the Cruzeiro squad. However, without exception, the coach made sure to include the players in his thanks, as well as all the staff members and employees of the Fox hole.

“At this time of farewell, what I want most is to thank: all the staff, cleaning, kitchen, laundry, nutrition, marketing, communication, medical department, performance department, scouting, analysis and observation, logistics, technical training structures. (…) To the club’s professional technicians, who shared the locker room with us on a daily basis and, finally, to the administration”, said the Portuguese.

Finally, the coach left a special message for the fans, which was a point that impressed him since his arrival in Brazil. Thus, Pepa said goodbye in 12th place in the Brasileirão. “To the fans, continue to support and vibrate intensely, in the creepy way you do, in the Mineirão or any other stadium”finished.
