O Vasco won the factory worker by 3-0 on the night of this Friday, 24th, for the dispute of the 14th round of Série B of the Brazilian Championship. The team faced difficulties against the opponent, but had goals from Quintero, baby (penalty) and palaces in the second half to leave São Januário with the victory. In the 34th minute, Quintero opened the scoring for Cruzmaltino. The defender took the ball from one of Nenê’s left crosses and headed straight for the net: 1 to 0. The defender scored for the first time with Vasco’s shirt, and Nenê’s ninth assist of the season.
In the 42nd minute, the referee scored the penalty for Vasco after reviewing the VAR. Nenê went for the kick and converted: 2 to 0. In stoppage time, at 50 minutes, Palacios took the free kick near the area with class and kept his in the angle to confirm Vasco’s victory: 3 to 0.
