The defender has been playing for the Citizens for the seventh season
Defender Manchester City Kyle Walker extended his contract with the club until the summer of 2026.
The player’s previous agreement expired at the end of the 2023/24 season. Let us remember that 33-year-old Walker was in the sphere of interest of Bayern in the summer and was close to moving to the Munich club, but in the end the transfer did not take place.
Walker has been playing for Manchester City since 2017, and with the team the footballer has won 15 trophies, including one Champions League and five English championship titles. This season, Kyle played six matches for the club without scoring any goals. Walker’s goal against the Ukrainian national team was his debut for the England national team.
Manchester City leads the English Premier League with 12 points. City’s next match will be away to West Ham on September 16.
