According to him, Spartak Moscow became the least profitable club in the Russian championship at the end of the summer transfer window.

The Red and Whites spent €19.5 million more than they could earn from player transfers. The closest pursuer of Spartak in terms of costs was Rubin. Kazan ended the transfer window spending €6.8 million more than they earned. Orenburg came third, losing 3.4 million euros.

But the most profitable RPL club was Zenit from St. Petersburg.
