– In my opinion, he still hasn’t found his game. Of course, Guerrero relies on all these programs that his partners (and those who left the team) downloaded to him. Now we don’t have enough of that constant attacking game. Well, a Panamanian can’t fix it for himself.

– First of all, in ball control. The picture and the complete game have not been seen yet. The speed of the team leaves a lot to be desired. It was very difficult for us now to switch from defense to attack. And in such a situation it is more difficult for football players to prove themselves.

– This is another problem for us. Not everyone is good at handling the ball these days either. The main thing is to live in this moment and move on.

– To be honest, under Lalatovich I did not see any change in the game, in any direction of improvement. I sat and watched the games and I couldn’t understand what the team was playing. Although, when Nenad first arrived, he told us immediately: “I want to play attacking football. I always play like that.” But in fact it did not happen. We played with five defenders. He didn’t explain anything to the players about who should move where, where to run.

“He gave the theory, but no details – individual work with the players, work with the lines. I believe that if you want to deliver something new to the people, you must literally lead the players around the field by hand during training and show them where to move in. Furthermore, our tactical pattern has changed.

Before that, we always played in a 4-3-3 formation. And here there is another model of play – five defenders. If you are introducing a new tactical method, you need to keep telling the team what and how. But I did not see it from Lalatovich.

– Right now I see that the coach is trying to improve the game. He wants to introduce constant ball control. Even in the game against Metallist 1925, after conceding two goals, it started to show. But, again, this is Kriventsov’s first official game. The new coach needs time to direct the team’s play.

– Of course, each coach sees the organization of the training process and the formation of a team environment in his own way. In the first three days there was a lot of tactics – it was to convey to the boys how to play correctly. There are two training sessions.

The coach tries to encourage us, to reach everyone’s self-esteem. In this regard, Valery Sergeevich is doing everything right. Kriventsov’s requirements are the same as others: more shots, more goals and fewer defensive mistakes.

– Such tasks were set for us at the beginning of this season. But now you see for yourself what is happening: the coaches are changing, and the situation is a little more complicated. It is very difficult for us now, first of all, morally. Five points after six rounds is too little for a team like that dawn. Here you have to correct the situation, stabilize the game, start scoring points regularly, and then consider the tasks.

– There is an obvious favorite in our group – Ghent. It is clear that this club will leave the group. But last season, in a similar contest, Ghent in the quarterfinals only to lose to the tournament winner – West Ham. And the Belgian championship will be stronger than ours.
