On September 12, the Russian team drew against the Qatar team (1:1) in an away friendly match. Another Russian team played two matches with the Egyptian Olympic team (1:1, 1:2).
— What can you say about the national team’s friendly matches?
– It is important that we played these matches. As for the quality of the match against Qatar, like all the supporters, I enjoyed the first 15 minutes. At the end of the match, after several substitutions, we regained the initiative, managed to equalize the score and end the game with a draw.
It’s good that these matches took place, the players were able to test themselves.
