UEFA called the goal of the Brazilian midfielder Galatasaray Tete best goal of the week Champions League.
A goal scored by the former Shakhtar Donetsk player in the 88th minute of the match brought Galatasaray a draw in the opening game of the Champions League group stage against Copenhagen (2:2).
In the voting, Tete beat midfielder Lance Fulgeni’s goal against Sevilla, Lazio goalkeeper Provedel’s goal against Atlético Madrid and Barcelona forward João Felix’s goal against Antwerp.
