Athletistic/Football. On Sunday, September 25, several matches of the ninth round of the Russian Football Championship took place. One of them took place in Rostov-on-Don. The local “Rostov” welcomed CSKA to its home field. The match looked interesting. On the one hand, Rostov and CSKA have failed to please fans lately. On the other hand, the Rostovites have not beaten the Army team since March 2020.
“Rostov” quickly took the lead. In the seventh minute, Alexey Mironov scored a goal. He hit the CSKA goal with a long-range shot. Mokhebi passed to Mironov, who got a little closer to the penalty area and shot into the far corner from 35 yards; Akinfeev could not help his team.
Five minutes later, Egor Golenkov doubled the hosts’ lead. There was confusion in the CSKA penalty area, and as a result, Golenkov ended up with the ball on the goal line and passed Akinfeev.
In the 26th minute, CSKA managed to regain a goal. The first goal was scored by Brazilian defender Kelven. Gayich crossed from the left flank into the penalty area and Kelven, who joined, fired into the nearest corner; Pesyakov could not stop the shot.
In the 50th minute, Egor Golenkov scored twice. Vakhania made a great pass to Golenkov, who shot at Akinfeev from the penalty spot.
In the 65th minute, CSKA further reduced the gap. This time, Fyodor Chalov scored. Kelven crossed from the right flank to the center of the penalty area, where Chalov, who was not covered by anyone, sent the ball into Pesyakov’s goal.
Five minutes later there was another first goal. For the first time, midfielder Abbos Faizullaev scored for CSKA. Davila passed the ball to the center from the right edge of the penalty area, and Faizullaev, who was running, sent the ball into the net from the crossbar.
Thus, the match ended with a score of 3:3. CSKA made another big comeback, but it was another winless match. The army team scored 13 points and is in ninth place in the RPL standings. “Rostov” is 11th with nine points.
CSKA fans reacted to a new draw for their team. They left their comments in the official PFC CSKA community on VKontakte.
CSKA – everything here!:
– Well, what can I say? Again, everyone was fired, they took it and won it back. Thanks Kelven and Abbos.
Maxim Ahmetchine:
– Why do few people talk about Davila? The guy took the ball in a tackle during the second goal, gave an assist in the third and, given his height, wins a lot of goals, stands well on his feet and does not fall under any touches.
Andrei Velmakin:
– Thanks to the team for their character. Davila did well, Fayzulaev was also good, Fedya corrected himself for the delivery. Unfortunately, today we have again made childish mistakes.
Romain Frank:
– We are waiting for the resignation of the entire CSKA leadership due to lack of high-level transfers and lack of results.
Daniel Fedorov:
– Faizullaev is the only one who wants to win! Overall, the game is a complete disgrace!
Valery Malkin:
– A MATCH after which there are a lot of questions for the technical staff? Why is Glebov on the bench, why is Davila better than Kislyak, where is Ryadno?
Sergei Epishin:
– Well done for equalizing and surviving this match. We could hardly count on more today. And that’s how they bounced back.
