Polesie sensationally beat on home field Dynamo in the 10th round Ukrainian Premier League – 3:2.
The Kiev team scored a quick goal, Vitaly Buyalsky scored after a pass from Nazar Voloshin. Polesie managed to get even some time later thanks to Boris Krushinsky’s goal from Bohdan Kushnirenko.
After the break, Dynamo took the lead again. Buyalsky scored a double, converting a penalty. And seven minutes later the hosts were left with ten men – Evgeniy Morozko received the second yellow card.
However, Polesie turned the tide of the game. Filipp Budkovsky equalized the score two minutes after coming on as a substitute, the second assist was provided by Kushnirenko. And six minutes later, Artem Kozak brought victory to the hosts. The Kiev team couldn’t get even and also finished the match with ten men – in injury time, Alexander Karavaev received a red card.
Polesie scored 19 points and took the lead in the UPL. Dynamo is in fifth place with 15 points. The Kiev team played three matches less than the Zhytomyr team.
In the next match, Polesie will play away against Vorskla on October 22. Dynamo will host Dnepr-1 on the same day.
