MLS Inter Miami striker Lionel Messi recovered from his injury and is ready to take the field, reports ESPN.
The Argentinian was injured in the match against Toronto on September 21 (4:0), the striker was replaced at the end of the first half. After that, the 36-year-old footballer missed four matches.
ESPN reports that Messi had a full training session with the team on Friday.
— He trained Thursday and Friday. The condition is improving every day,” Inter Miami assistant coach Javier Morales told reporters in Spanish on Friday.
The club hinted at the Argentine’s participation in the next match against Cincinnati by publishing on one of its social networks a photo of the World Cup champion with the caption “see you tomorrow” in Spanish.
Inter Miami’s next match will be at home against Cincinnati. The meeting will take place on October 8 and start at 2:30 p.m. Moscow time.
