Falcon finished in the second round Continental Cup. The champion of Ukraine lost to the Hungarian Ferencvaros with a devastating score – 1:6.
Everything was decided in the first period. The Hungarian club opened the scoring, the Kiev team quickly equalized through the efforts of Vladimir Cherdak, but by the end of the 8th minute Ferencvaros was leading 3:1, and before the first break they scored two more goals.
