An unknown criminal shot a car with a machine gun and then fled

According to Belgian police, an unknown assailant used a machine gun to shoot at a car in which there were people wearing Sweden national team jerseys. The man then fled on a scooter. The alleged attacker reportedly later posted a video describing his crime and calling himself a member of ISIS.
Brussels announced the highest, fourth level of terrorist threat, the third level is set for the rest of Belgium. Citizens are asked not to go out into the streets unless necessary. Fans at the Euro qualifier stadium are asked to remain inside the arena for a period of time for their safety.
After the first half, the teams of Belgium and Sweden played in a 1:1 draw. The teams agreed not to continue the match today.
