Fury arrives for fight against Ngannou in Saudi Arabia

The “Gypsy King” fight will take place in Riyadh on October 28

WBC World Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury arrived in Saudi Arabia for a fight with the former UFC champion Francis Ngannou.

“The champion is here!” Fury wrote on social media.

The fight between Fury and Ngannou will take place on October 28 in the Saudi capital of Riyadh. The WBC granted Tyson special permission to fight the former UFC champion.

The fight will last a maximum of 10 rounds. The Riyadh championship belt will be at stake in the Fury-Ngannou fight.

After the fight with Ngannou, the Briton will fight for the undisputed heavyweight title with WBO/WBA/IBF/IBO title holder Oleksandr Usyk. It was reported that the fight is planned to take place on December 23 or January 2024 in Saudi Arabia. The exact date will depend on the health of the “Gypsy King” after the fight with Ngannou.
