Kharkiv team conceded three goals

metalworker lost devastatingly Istanbul Basaksehir (0:3) in charity match in Turkey. The duel was organized as a support for the city of Kharkov, which is regularly shelled by the Russian army.

Oleksandr Kucher’s team is currently holding a training camp in Turkey in preparation for the new season of the Ukrainian championship. Last week, Kharkiv team lost minimally to Bulgarian Botev (1:2).

Following the results of the last season, which was completed ahead of schedule due to the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Metalist advanced to the UPL from the first place of the First League.

The start of the Ukrainian Championship 2022/23 is tentatively scheduled for August 20. Officially, the format and dates of the next championship draw have not yet been approved.
