This morning the Grigorossi team trains at the Giovanni Arvedi sports center. The session started with physical activation in the gym and then continued on pitch 4 with specific speed work, technical drills, tactical work and a half pitch match.
Rookie Alessandro Tuia took part in today’s session with his teammates.
