That’s because as of this Friday, 01, the player entered the final stretch of his contract with Verdão, which expires at the end of the year, and he can now sign a pre-contract with any team that is interested. European clubs have already shown interest in acquiring the player, such as Olympiacos, from Greece, but Palmeiras did not want to negotiate him and preferred to keep him in the squad, even knowing that he could lose the athlete for free at the end of the year.
