Ukrainian referees Derevinsky and Berkut will officiate the Euro 2024 U-17 qualifying matches

They will judge fights involving Serbia, Slovenia, Luxembourg and Azerbaijan

UEFA appointed qualifiers for group 4 matches European Championship 2024 U17 two Ukrainian arbitrators.

Alexey Derevinsky at matches involving the national teams of Serbia, Slovenia, Luxembourg and Azerbaijan, he will work as the chief referee, Alexander Berkut – as an assistant.

All matches in this qualifying group will take place in Serbia from October 21 to 27.

The teams that took two first places and five teams that took third place in 13 groups will advance to the elite round of qualification. The fights at this stage will take place in March 2024. The 15 best teams will advance to the final part of the tournament, which will take place from May 20 to June 5 in Cyprus.

Let us remind you that in qualifying group 3, the Ukrainian U-17 team has already played two out of three matches. Vladimir Yezersky’s team tied with Finland (2:2), after which they defeated Liechtenstein (7:0).

On October 21, young Ukrainians will confront their German peers. Germany is the current European champion in the corresponding age category. The meeting starts at 13:00.
