Liverpool’s Egyptian forward called for food and medicine to be given to those affected in the region.
Palestine and the people of the Gaza Strip need help. This is what Liverpool’s Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah said.
The footballer recorded a video message in which he called on world leaders to unite to stop the bloodshed and help the Gaza Strip.
“It’s not always easy to talk at this time.
So much violence, so much rage. The escalation of violence in recent weeks is an unbearable sight. All life is sacred and must be protected. The massacre must stop. Families are divided into two.
One thing is now clear: the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza must be allowed immediately. The people there are in terrible conditions. The scenes at the hospital last night were horrifying. Gaza residents need food, water and medicine. I call on world leaders to unite to prevent further killing of all innocent souls. Humanity must prevail,” Salah said.
