The Ukrainian lost to Tamara Korpach in three sets
Ukrainian tennis player Daria Snigur did not qualify for the semi-finals of the tournament WTA 250 V Cluj-Napoca (Romania).
In the quarter-final match, Snigur lost to the German representative in three sets Tamara Korpach. The fight lasted a little over 2 hours.
In the first game, Daria was inferior 0:3, but made three breaks and won – 6:3. In the second set, Korpac was stronger – 6:2. In the decisive game, the Ukrainian led with a break 2:0, but later gave up two games on her serve – 4:6.
Snigur played in the quarter finals at the WTA level for the first time in her career. In the world rankings, the Ukrainian is in 154th position.
Let us remind you that Ukrainians Katerina Beindl, Dayana Yastremska and Anastasia Soboleva left the tournament in Cluj-Napoca after the first round.
