The player left the club without permission and moved to Russia
Miner officially announced the termination of the contract with the youth player Alexander Rosputko.
The reason for termination of the employment contract is “the player’s failure to return to the team’s location and the actual refusal to fulfill obligations under the contract.”
Rosputko disappeared after the UEFA Youth League match with Antwerp (2:1), which took place on October 4. The player was not on the flight at the airport, in addition, Rosputko left his game uniform, and also deleted posts on social networks and stopped answering calls.
A number of sources reported that the player, before the meeting with Antwerp, held talks with Shakhtar management and agreed on a new contract with the Pitmen for the next five years. Journalist Vladimir Zverov claimed that Rosputko decided to move to the Russian star from St. Petersburg, whose coaching staff includes former Shakhtar player Gennady Zubov.
Rosputko is a graduate of the Donetsk club. Shakhtar U-19 is in third place in the current UEFA Youth League after two rounds.
