Rukh should be satisfied with the work of his club structure
Rukh is the main surprise of the start of the UPL championship. After 11 rounds, the Lviv team is in fourth place in the championship, and based on lost points, they can count on second position.
In 10 meetings, Rukh lost only once, losing to LNZ. Shakhtar and Dnepr-1 had the same number of defeats in the starting period. In 10 matches, the Lviv team scored 19 goals – only Krivbass, Shakhtar and Dynamo have more.
Five Rukh players scored more than one goal in the current championship, Yuri Klimchuk has five accurate shots, and Ilya Kvasnitsa has four. At the same time, Klimchuk is 26 years old, Kvasnitsa is 20. And his performance is a vivid illustration of the entire beginning of the season for Rukh, whose representatives are regularly among the winners of the Sport Arena tour. Then there are just numbers.

Lviv residents with an indicator of 22.35 years occupy sixth position, behind only two representatives of Belarus, Slovak Zilina, Serbian Vozdovac and Austrian Salzburg.
In Ukraine, Rukh is the first by a wide margin. For example, the composition of Lugansk Zarya is 8 months older. The Dynamo squad, whose youth Lucescu often complains about, is almost four years older than Rukh.
Moreover, if we analyze the playing time that football players under 21 receive, then Rukh is fifth in the world by this indicator. U-21 players spend almost 60% of their time on the field in the matches of the Lviv team. Only Minsk, Zilina, Salzburg and Nordsjælland have more. At the same time, Rukh does not use players over 30 years old.
If we talk about the UPL, then young people do not enjoy such trust as in Lvov in any team. For example, Vorskla, which is in second place in terms of the amount of playing time for football players under 21 years of age, has an indicator of 29.8%, Alexandria – 29.5%. At the same time, for LNZ this figure is 0.5%. Four UPL teams – Polesie, Vorskla, Veres and Metalist 1925 – provide players over 30 years of age with more than 30% of the playing time.
If we talk about global trends, then the average age of the team is 27.24 years. Minsk has the youngest squad – 20.97 years old. The oldest – 32.12 – belongs to the Bolivian Independiente Petrolero.
In the top 5 leagues, the youngest team is Toulouse with an average age of 24.16 years. The oldest is Rayo Vallecano – 30.19 years.
Well, to appreciate the phenomenon of Rukh, just look at Ajax, which, partly due to the fact that it has lost experienced players and has dramatically rejuvenated the squad, is failing to start this season.
