Deputy Sports Judge Cosimo Taiuti, assisted by Irene Papi and the representative of the AIA, Mr. Marco Ravaglioli, at the meeting of October 24, 2023, adopted resolutions, which are presented in full below:

DISCIPLINARY MEASURES
Sports referee,
considering that during the matches of the ninth first day of the Championship, fans of the CARRARESE club committed violations of the rules specified in the articles. 25 and 26 GHS:
– bring into the sports facility and use exclusively in its sector pyrotechnic materials of various types (firecrackers, smoke bombs and flares), for which no harmful consequences have been recorded;
Considering that the circumstances set out in the article collectively apply to the above companies. 29, paragraph 1, letter. a), b) and d) GHS,
PERMISSION
without prejudice to the measures specified below, do not impose sanctions against the Companies mentioned in the introduction in relation to the conduct of their supporters, as described above.

CARRARESE because some of his supporters located in the Curva Nord sector twice chanted outrageous chants against the police. In continuation, sanctions measures when applying the articles are considered. 13, paragraph 2 and 25, paragraph 3 of the GHS, having assessed the general nature of the facts and having considered the organizational models implemented in accordance with Art. 29 GHS (R. Federal Proc., RKK).
