With negotiations worth more than R$30 million, Internacional forwards the sale of the midfielder to European football; check the values
O International is close to closing the sale of Johnny to the Real Betis, from Spain. According to Thomás Hammes, from “GE”, the young midfielder will remain at the club from Rio Grande do Sul until the end of the 2023 Brazilian Championship. His introduction to the new team is scheduled for January 2024.
The publication indicates that there are still details to close Johnny’s contract, but negotiations are underway. The values range between 6 and 7 million euros, around R$31.73 million and R$37.01 million.
The club from Rio Grande do Sul may receive a higher amount due to triggers provided for in the contract, if the midfielder reaches goals in Spanish football. Colorado continues with 20% of Johnny’s economic rights.
“GE” says that Inter stipulated R$135 million in negotiations in 2023. Before negotiating the midfielder, the club had reached R$48.8 million.
