DISCIPLINARY MEASURES
Sports referee,
considering that during the matches played during the tenth first day of the Championship, fans of the clubs AVELLINO, AUDAS CERIGNOLA, JUVE STABIA, LATINA, MONOPOLY, PESCARA and TARANTO violated the rules specified in the articles. 25 and 26 GHS:
– bring into the sports facility and use exclusively in its sector pyrotechnic materials of various types (firecrackers, smoke bombs and flares), for which no harmful consequences have been recorded;
taking into account that the circumstances set out in the article collectively apply to the above-mentioned Company. 29, paragraph 1, letter. a), b) and d) GHS,
PERMISSION
without prejudice to the measures set out below, take no disciplinary action against the Company mentioned in the introduction in relation to the conduct of their supporters as described above.

a) for actions contrary to the rules of order and security, as well as for violent acts committed by his supporters, posing a danger to public safety, consisting of:
1. for throwing two firecrackers into the playing area in the 1st and 45th minutes of the first half without consequences;
2. for throwing three flares towards the guest sector in the 10th minute of the first half and a half-full bottle of water that fell into the playing area, without consequences;
3. throwing a green lighter into the playing area at the end of the match without consequences;
B) cause their supporters located in the side and separate tribunal sectors to chant insulting and offensive chants towards the opposition fans in the 30th minute of the first half, which, in accordance with the principles set out by the CGF in the United Divisions decision, published in CU 179/ The CGF (2013/2014), issued on the appeal of Frosinone Calcio, must be classified as vulgar insults and bad taste, but not suitable for discriminatory behavior.

JUVE STABIA for actions contrary to the rules of order and security, as well as for violent acts committed by his supporters located in the Curva Nord sector, which pose a threat to public safety, including:
1. for throwing three smoke bombs and three firecrackers into the playing area during the teams’ warm-up without consequences;
2. who threw two firecrackers and three smoke bombs into the playing area during the match without consequences;
3. that his supporters, numbering about 150 people, from the 16th minute of the first half until the end of the match, leaving the sector assigned to them, occupied the part of the stadium limited by the fence, as unfit for use.
In continuation, sanctions measures for applying the articles are considered. 13, paragraph 2, and 25, paragraph 3, CGS, having assessed the general modality of the facts, taking into account the organizational models adopted in accordance with Art. 29 CGS that the sanctioned club played an away match and that such conduct was dangerous (r. Federal proc., RCC).

TARANTO

GIULIANO, who has about fifty children, located in the side tribune sector, at the 9th, 16th and 17th minutes of the match, uttered an insulting chorus towards the referee, which was repeated at least ten times in each of the three cases.

AUDACE CERIGNOLA for acts contrary to the rules of order and security, as well as for violent acts committed by his supporters, posing a danger to public safety, consisting in the fact that at the end of the match they were thrown onto the playing field, onto a grassy surface. , a flare that was promptly removed by responsible personnel without any consequences.
In continuation, sanctions measures for applying the articles are considered. 13, paragraph 2 and 25, paragraph 3, as well as 26 of the GHS, having assessed the general nature of the facts, they noted that no harmful consequences occurred, that the sanctioned Company held an away match and considered the organizational models adopted in accordance with Art. 29 GHS (r. FRS, RSS).
PESCARA for actions contrary to the rules of order and security, as well as for violent acts committed by its supporters, which posed a danger to public safety, consisting of throwing three high-power firecrackers and two smoke bombs into the playing area above the athletics track, without consequences.
In continuation, sanctions measures for applying the articles are considered. 13, paragraph 2, 25, paragraph 3, and 26 of the GHS, having assessed the general nature of the facts, noted that no harmful consequences occurred, and considered the measures provided for and implemented using organizational models implemented in accordance with Art. 29 GHS (r. FRS, RSS).
EXCLUDED MANAGERS
PROHIBITION ON ANY ACTIVITY WITHIN THE FIG, HOLDING FEDERAL POSTS AND REPRESENTING THE SOCIETY WITHIN THE FEDERAL FRAMEWORK UNTIL NOVEMBER 7, 2023
AMODIO ANTONIO THE YOUNGER (GIULIANO)

B) for the fact that at the end of the match, upon returning to the locker rooms, he behaved disrespectfully towards the Referee, approaching the latter and uttering an offensive phrase towards him, challenging his actions.
In continuation, sanctions measures for applying the articles are considered. 4, 13, paragraph 2 and 36, paragraph 2, letter. a) and b), GHS, assessed the general modality of the facts and considered the continuation (arbitration law, federal procedural law, civil law).
PROHIBITION OF ANY FIGURE ACTIVITY, HOLDING OF FEDERAL OFFICES AND REPRESENTING A COMPANY IN THE FEDERAL FRAMEWORK UNTIL NOVEMBER 2, 2023 AND A FINE OF EUR 500.00.
DEPLOYED ALESSANDRO (CASERTANA)
for the fact that in the 35th minute of the first half he behaved disrespectfully towards the Fourth brigade of referees, leaving the technical area by about five meters and, approaching the fourth referee, uttered disrespectful phrases addressed to the Fourth brigade of referees as a sign of disagreement with
their decision.

FRENCH ROBERTO (PIZERNO)
for misconduct because, despite the disqualification:
