Bayern intends to extend Neuer’s contract until 2025

The parties may enter into an agreement in the coming weeks

In the coming weeks Bavaria is going to extend the contract with his goalkeeper Manuel Neuer before 2025.

Neuer, 27, has been playing for Bayern since the summer of 2011. He played 488 matches for the Munich club in all tournaments, almost half of them (233) to zero.

Manuel has not played for almost a year due to an injury he received in December 2022. Neuer suffered a broken tibia in December while skiing. The goalkeeper underwent several operations. Manuel returned to training with Bayern’s general group in September.

Recently information appeared that the German goalkeeper has fully recovered and is ready to play in the next match against Darmstadt in the Bundesliga – Munich head coach Thomas Tuchel stated this.

Bayern are third in the Bundesliga with 20 points. The Munich team will play the match with Darmstadt today, October 28. The meeting starts at 16:30.
