Orenburg forward Vladimir Obukhov told that he did not understand the decision of chief referee Rafael Shafeev to cancel the penalty and show a yellow card for simulation in the match against Krylia Sovetov.

In the 80th minute, Shafeev awarded a penalty for a foul by Krylia Sovetov goalkeeper Bogdan Ovsyannikov on Obukhov, but after a video review he reversed his decision and punished the striker with a yellow card for simulation.
