Maxim Kovalev, Sergei Shestakov and Vladislav Naumets scored for the hosts
LNZ confidently defeated Obolon in the home match of the 12th round Ukrainian Premier League – 3:0.
The Cherkasy club opened the scoring in the middle of the first half. The goal was scored by Maxim Kovalev from a pass from Alexei Khoblenko.
In the second half, the hosts scored twice more. Sergei Shestakov scored the second goal. At the end of the match, Vladislav Naumets set the final score, scoring five minutes after coming on as a substitute.
LNZ scored 12 points and moved up to 10th place. Obolon has an equal number of points with the Cherkasy club, but is inferior in additional indicators.
In the next match, LNZ will host Kolos on November 4. On November 2, Obolon will play in the quarterfinals of the Ukrainian Cup with Vorskla.
