The match ended without goals scored
On Sunday, October 29, Minai on home field couldn’t beat Veres within the 12th round of the UPL. The fight, which took place at the Minai Arena, ended in a draw – 0:0.
It must be admitted that, despite the lack of goals, the match between two championship outsiders turned out to be rich in moments. In the first half, Sharai and Shevchenko did not take advantage of their chances. Kucherenko hit dangerously. Minai’s shot from Tverdokhleb hit the crossbar.
In the second half of the match, Kuharuk hit the post, and goalkeeper Minaya Bandura saved his team after a shot from the same Sharaya. Veres finished the match in the minority – already in the time compensated by the referee, Vladislav Sharai was sent off from the field.
After this match, Veres gained seven points, and the Rivne team remained in 15th place in the table. Minaya has five points and last place.
In the next round of the UPL, Minaj will host Vorskla at home. Veres will also play against Zorya at home. Both matches will take place on November 5th.
